On Capital Punishment and Lawfulness for America and the World
Am I out for blood? Am I for condemnation? Am I right or wrong in my attitude, perspective, and judgment? Or am I crying out by the Spirit of God for justice to reign over all? You can decide, and decide you will.
Keeping God’s commandments works, folks. Why should anyone be surprised? It’s God’s Idea, His Wisdom, His Law, His Will AND His Love. Not just His opinion. The Torah, the Book of Moses, says so, which the Writings of Moses Yeshua HaMashiach confirmed as authoritative in Laws and Principles of Life, and from which He constantly quoted.
Capital Punishment, as prescribed by the Holy Jewish Scriptures, both Former and Latter Covenants (Old and New Testaments), for about two dozen occasions, is an absolute necessity for mankind’s survival, both Jew and Gentile.
Poisonous serpents will remain as they are, whether in cages or free. Why support them and risk any opportunities for them to escape or even continue their evils from prison?
Clear the prisons of those who are worthy of death, but to the death, not to life or pardon, as the unrepentant guilty would have it. Capital punishment is a threat only to the lawless.
The US Constitution is a reasonable, excellent, though imperfect, document of law, wisdom, justice, and goodwill for all. Let it be heeded, not only according to the letter, but also the spirit and intent of the extraordinarily God-anointed wise framers.
How about a new, Biblical Constitution, not instituted by the carnal man but by Almighty God, Jesus Christ? Is that not a “better idea”? Isn’t it time? I say it is. That’s what this writing is advocating.
Treachery by nature says it must never be trusted. Eradication is the only answer, granted and dictated by the Wisdom from Above. Anything less is playing with fire. Have you ever heard of a pet rattler or cobra?
A consuming fire is a fire without hope or potential of becoming life-giving drinking water. Playing with fire long enough increases the likelihood of repeat offenses in whatever form. You play with fire, you get burned; it’s that simple. No mercy; none.
How about the most recent demonstration of motley moneymongers, liars, and cheats selling their souls for cheap in 2025/2026? RINOs of the first order, but then, why should anyone ever put unadulterated trust in a Republican? Does being a Republican mean anything besides having the opportunity to deceive and destroy the gullible and naïve? I appreciate people like Senator John Kennedy and a few others, but what of these? Where DO THEY stand?

What did Rep. Tim Burchett (who seems to have a modicum of integrity in government and politics say about these on OAN to Matt Gaetz?
“The truth is that Congress is bought and paid for. Let’s just be honest. Just while we can’t fix Obamacare, you look at… Somebody said, ‘Are they paying them off?’ I said, ‘Well, it’s not illegal.’ They’re just making million-dollar contributions to controlling Democrats in the Senate and gutless Republicans as well that don’t want to fix Obamacare.”
If it’s money you bargained for, what in Hell’s name will you do with it besides afflict your fellow man for more? Will a billion please you? How about ten billion? Where and when will you cross the line that finally satisfies? Have you yet to learn that it doesn’t exist? And how are you going to explain your attitude and actions to the One you’ll meet “on the other side” when called to account? You don’t think that’ll happen?”
“Well, we’ll see,” you reply. That’s way down the road,” or “I don’t believe in that afterlife stuff.”
So, that’s the kind of person you are in this life with that friendly pose and smile on your smug face? Is that the way you are with everyone? Yes, it is, because you are what you are, and what you are is what you are not only with a stranger, but also with your own wife, husband, son, daughter, father, mother, and everyone. Who can trust you for anything?
As a child, I learned I couldn’t trust anyone, not even my father, a devoted sociopath. So, if a father can’t be trusted, and a politician can’t be trusted, what’s this life all about? “Dog eat dog?” “Do as you please, just don’t get caught?” Life to you, no matter who the other persons you’re dealing with are, is just a game of musical chairs; may the worst man win?” “All’s fair in love and war?” Is that it? If there is a God, is that what He’s all about? What a nightmare! And you liars and cheats are making it happen!
Tell me, is that how you like to be treated by your father, son, wife, husband, fiancée, employer, anyone? Have you ever heard of “reaping what you sow”? Guess what? You’ve lost because you’ve sowed for it, Mr. Politician, Mrs. Adulteress, Mr. and Mrs. Liars, Cheaters, Thieves, Destroyers, and Murderers, if only “by a thousand cuts.”
A lesson of many similar ones from history: Of the 23 senators who participated in the assassination of Caesar, he had previously granted clemency to some of them for serious offenses. Don’t expect gratitude from those forgiven of heinous sins.
Remember President Trump’s reading of the story of The Snake: https://www.whitehouse.gov/videos/the-snake-poem/. Do you think most of those I’ve named as cold-blooded criminals would appreciate it? I don’t. And I don’t think President Trump is of the mind to do so, either. This is why God prescribes capital punishment. It is not a surefire guarantee, but it is an effective deterrent and partial preventative. Eventually, it prevails over the crime.
Why am I taking on this task, delivering this unpleasant message to the world, and incurring the contempt and scorn of my neighbors? I don’t know.
They whisper behind my back, but they won’t speak to my face.
They greet me (barely) on the street but hurry by to avoid any conversation.
I have plenty to say to them, but they have nothing to say to me.
They act like I’m so wrong, yet can they convict me of wrongdoing legally, morally, or spiritually?
They hate me for what I speak but can’t give any argument to prove me wrong.
Their churches (social clubs) preach contrary to me and to the Scriptures, yet they presume to believe in the Bible while hating me in essential life.
They hear of how the Lord saved me, bringing me into His Kingdom; they profess to be children of God, that is, live in His Kingdom, yet will have nothing to do with me. Which tells me somebody is, or both are, wrong. Now, why am I ready and willing to shout the Good News from the housetops and to declare Jesus Christ while they shun me and say nothing? Yikes!
All I know is that I’m preaching what I know to be true and understand to be God’s will. Is there still hope for repentance toward God with anyone? I’m not sure. It seems not. I could be very wrong. I hope so.
Sadly, I think the Gate to Heaven has been shut to many of these in this age who stop their ears to the Word of God. And yet I think, “Let’s get this over with already. I’m tired of waiting and hoping for better things. Somehow, I cling to hope for their salvation and reconciliation with God. I want to see things happen.”
I think I know how Lot felt while living in Sodom until the angels of the Lord came and rescued him and his family. Peter said Lot’s soul was vexed at the corruption of the Sodom citizens. My soul is vexed.
I want to befriend them, but they, especially the church-going ones, want to be my enemies. What are they afraid of? What evil have I done to them?
And before I sign off, I have one more thing to say to Vice President J.D. Vance.
Mr. Vance, it seems rather obvious you are taking a partisan stand against Israel. Do you not know Genesis 12:3 applies to you? Do you not know that God’s blessing is on Abraham’s seed? You can take the risk of the debate as to who Abraham’s seed is and who the Nation belongs to, and I can assure you by the knowledge of the Lord that you’re headed in the wrong direction; you’re making a grave mistake. You’re coming against the Lord Himself when you come against Israel, and He said He would bless those who bless Abraham’s seed, but curse those who curse Israel. And this doesn’t mean you have to literally curse Israel. Simply holding them in low regard will do it.
All you have to do is look around on those nations who have stood against the Land of Israel and how they have fared over the centuries. Need I try to prove more? I don’t think so.
I’m asking that you will repent, and turn, for your own sake, for Israel’s sake, the sake of all Jews, whoever you may consider them to be, for God’s sake. I’d rather you blessed than cursed. This is a sober warning for you. The Lord’s Will be done.
